Home Care Packages are broken down into four levels of support, ranging from a basic level of care to high level of care. Each level is allocated a set amount of funding with the higher the package level the higher the funding. Recipients may also be eligible to receive additional funding such as a dementia supplement to further assist with their unique care needs.

  • Home Care Level 2 – low level care needs
  • Home Care Level 3 – intermediate care needs
  • Home Care Level 4 – high care needs
