Aged Care Packages

Home Care Packages are funded by the Australian Federal Government, allowing eligible candidates to receive support which enables them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes for longer periods of time.

Home Care Package Levels

Home Care Packages are broken down into four levels of support, ranging from a basic level of care to high level of care. Each level is allocated a set amount of funding with the higher the package level the higher the funding. Recipients may also be eligible to receive additional funding such as a dementia supplement to further assist with their unique care needs.

  • Home Care Level 2 – low level care needs
  • Home Care Level 3 – intermediate care needs
  • Home Care Level 4 – high care needs

The Services provided are designed around individuals needs, and can be tailored to the type of care that is required, who provides it, and how it is delivered.
