Care Management fee: Up to 10% of your classification budget (covers care planning, service coordination, monitoring and reviews).
Charge for products purchased at retail price and co-ordinated for you: 15%, capped at $1500.
Services co-ordinated for you: 15%, capped at $1500 (for example- Podiatry, physiotherapy or supply of home care aids)
HCN does not charge any entry or exit fees for funded aged care services.
