We have a large pool of experienced and dedicated nurse and care staff who are backed by our nurse co-ordinator team. As the Clinical Manager of Home Care Nursing, my aim is to form a therapeutic relationship with clients and their families within a home setting. I am passionate about engaging with my clients and their families to understand each person’s unique needs and tailoring their care to improve quality of life and well-being. Fostering independence enables our clients to – live the life they choose.
